1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Photo Archer website presents photographic work, a portfolio, available services and information about working together.
The website's content is intended to inform visitors and potential clients.
These terms govern use of the website. Specific terms for photography services are agreed when arranging a booking, in accordance with applicable law.
2. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photographs, text, graphic elements, visual identity and other original content published on the website are protected by applicable copyright and related rights laws.
Unless otherwise stated, copyright in photographs belongs to their respective creators.
Without prior permission from the rights holder, the following are prohibited:
Downloading and commercially using photographs
Reproducing, distributing or selling content
Making unauthorised changes to photographs or presenting them as your own work
Using content for advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission
You may share links to the website and its publicly available pages.
3. PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AND PRICES
The website may present photography services, packages, indicative prices and information about what they include.
The final price and scope of a service depend on the chosen package, session length, location, special requests and other circumstances agreed in advance.
Before confirming a booking, the client will be informed of the relevant terms, including the price, scope of service and any additional costs.
Prices and offers on the website may change, but changes do not affect agreements already concluded unless lawfully agreed otherwise.
4. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
Sending an enquiry through the contact form, by email or through social media does not automatically confirm a booking.
A photo session is confirmed after an explicit agreement between the client and the service provider.
The date, location, session length, price, delivery deadline and other relevant terms may be agreed when arranging the booking.
5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
If a client needs to cancel or change an agreed appointment, they should notify Photo Archer as soon as possible.
Rescheduling depends on availability and the circumstances of the booking.
Any advance payments, deposits, refund conditions and cancellation fees are agreed separately before the booking is confirmed, in accordance with applicable law.
This provision does not limit the client's statutory rights.
6. PHOTO EDITING AND DELIVERY
Photographs are edited in Photo Archer's style and in line with the agreed scope of service.
The number of final photographs, delivery method, file format and completion deadline are determined when arranging the booking.
Unedited photographs and original RAW files are not automatically included in the delivery unless specifically agreed.
Additional editing, retouching or requests outside the agreed scope of service may require a separate quote.
7. USE OF DELIVERED PHOTOGRAPHS
The client may use delivered photographs in accordance with the agreed purpose and terms of use.
For personal photography, permitted use may include private storage, printing and sharing on personal social media profiles, as agreed.
Commercial use, licensing photographs to third parties for advertising or reselling them requires the appropriate usage rights.
Delivery of digital photographs does not itself transfer economic copyright.
8. PUBLISHING PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE PORTFOLIO
Photo Archer may use photographs from a booking to present its work only where there is an appropriate legal basis and the legal requirements are met.
Appropriate consent is obtained when required before publishing photographs in which people are identifiable, especially for promotional purposes.
Particular care is taken to protect the privacy of minors.
9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION AND WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We strive to keep the information on the website accurate, clear and up to date.
Unintentional technical or typographical errors may nevertheless occur.
Photo Archer reserves the right to update the website's content, appearance and functionality while honouring existing commitments to clients.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
10. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The website may contain links to social media platforms and other independent websites.
Photo Archer does not control the content or privacy practices of those websites and accepts no responsibility for their operations except as required by law.
11. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Visitors' and clients' personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia.

12. LIABILITY
Photo Archer aims to provide services professionally, diligently and in accordance with the agreed terms.
Liability for any shortcomings in service, complaints and compensation is determined under applicable law and the specific contractual relationship.
No provision of these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits consumers' statutory rights.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website functionality or applicable law.
The updated version will be published on this page with the appropriate date.
Changes do not retroactively affect contracts already concluded unless permitted by law.
14. GOVERNING LAW
Use of this website and the provision of services are governed by the relevant laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, they will be heard by the competent court in accordance with the law.
